Barclay Homes is our quality home design , building oversight and furnishing procurement service. We use 3D virtual reality to bring your home project to life. The service is designed to bring both clarity to your home project and save you money. On the typical home project we estimate savings of 30 bds per sq ft can be achieved compared to local sourcing and purchasing costs. To oversee the design and completion of your home project we go through a number of stages.
Stage 1 : Home and Landscape Drawings
Stage 2 : 3D Virtual Reality of your proposed home and landscape
Stage 3 : Build Contract tendering assistance. Barclay Homes will try to advise on the right building contractor for your project but the contract itself will be between yourself and the contractor.
Stage 4 : Furniture , Materials and Appliances List
Stage 5 : Materials sourcing and purchasing. Where possible we will source the materials required to complete your project. Cement for example would be purchased locally but floor tiles, wall tiles, roof tiles and other materials can be directly sourced to make significant savings.
Stage 6 : Oversight of Construction. Our preferred architect will oversee the work of the building contractor to ensure we are on target to deliver the home as seen in the 3D Virtual reality images.
Stage 7 : Furniture , Kitchen, Bathroom, Lighting and Appliances sourcing and purchasing.
Stage 8 : Oversight of Furniture, Kitchen , Bathroom and Appliances installation
Stage 9 : Driveway advisory. We can recommend a quality contractor to complete your driveway.
